چکیده

Cotton morphology and mechanism of fibre tension was assessed by making use light microscopy. In essence, a solution prepared consisting ZnCl2 (100 g), ki (32 water (34 ml) I2(TILL SATURETION). This used asa swelling agent for cotton during microscopic examination. It found that the primary wall takes spiral shape, spherical or combination both whereas secondary appears as beads. The shape size depend upon history before swelling. When this is subjected to tensile load, initial straightened increasing Futher increase in load causes breakage straightend (primary wall). There after has stand alone till latter sufficient enough break wall.
